Yoga Coach
My journey with yoga began 15 years ago. Being an avid runner who has suffered through aches and pains over the years of pounding the pavement, I realized I could greatly benefit from yoga’s effects on strength, flexibility, and balance.
I started practicing regularly and soon feel deep within the practice. In 2012, I decided to take my 200hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Canmore, Canada. The practice of Yoga has taught me awareness of body and breath and to always find peace in chaos.
I have realized that both yoga and running teach us to focus on the present moment.
Mindfulness is a key part of yoga and running, as both find themselves focusing on the task at hand, without worrying about the problems of our daily lives. Breath awareness has allowed me to pace myself and run more efficiently. Quieting the mind while stretching and strengthening my body has helped me to relieve pain of muscle tension caused by long runs and daily stress.
I hope my classes allow you to calm the mind, build strength, and increase awareness. It is a true pleasure and honor to inspire and share this practice with others.
Wellness Coach (Sound
healing & Reiki)
Rajam Mulkar is a certified sound healer and reiki master. Her journey with yoga began at a young age, growing up surrounded by the philosophy and practice of this ancient knowledge. Over the years, yoga became more than a practice for her; it evolved into a way of life. It taught her the transformative power of movement, breath, and stillness in nurturing the mind-body connection.
At BOC Mind, she aims to share this journey by helping others discover how to harness their inner power and bring balance to the mind and body through movement, Pranayama/breath work, sound healing, and Reiki. She believes that true wellness comes from cultivating harmony within and exploring the tools that make this possible.
Outside of yoga, she is deeply passionate about brewing kombucha and crafting fermented drinks and vegetables for their ability to nourish both the body and the gut.
In her free time, she can often be found playing the piano, tending to her plants, spending time with her cheeky cat Garfield and teaching him new tricks (yes, cats can do tricks too!), or curled up with a good book.

Shoulder clicking? Don’t panic — it’s not always “bone on bone.” 👀
That little *click, pop, or snap* you hear when you move your shoulder can feel scary, especially if you’re already dealing with shoulder pain or stiffness.
But as Dr. Mudathir, Osteopath and Founder of British Osteopathy Centre Oman, explains — shoulder clicking can happen for different reasons, such as:
✅ Tight muscles around the shoulder
✅ Tendons moving over the rotator cuff
✅ Shoulder blade movement over the ribcage
✅ Poor posture or restricted shoulder mobility
✅ Muscle imbalance or overuse
The important thing? Don’t self-diagnose.
A clicking shoulder doesn’t automatically mean your bones are rubbing together — but if it comes with pain, weakness, stiffness, or reduced movement, it’s worth getting assessed by a professional.
At British Osteopathy Centre in Muscat, our team looks at how your shoulder, neck, spine, ribs, and posture are working together to find the real cause behind your discomfort.
Because better movement starts with better understanding. 💪
📍If you’re experiencing shoulder pain in Oman, book an assessment with BOC and let our osteopath help you move with more comfort and confidence.
