Do you need a GP referral to see an osteopath?
Short answer — no!
At British Osteopathy Centre Muscat you can self-refer and book directly with our friendly osteopaths the moment pain or discomfort starts. Osteopathy focuses on hands-on assessment and individualized treatment to reduce pain, restore movement and get you back to what you love — plus we work alongside physio, podiatry, fascia therapy, lymphatic drainage, massage, yoga and breath work when needed.

If you plan to claim with insurance, BOC will prepare and provide the clinical reports, invoices and any documentation your insurer needs to speed up your claim. (If you have red-flag symptoms — severe unexplained weight loss, fever, loss of bladder/bowel control, progressive neurological deficits — please see your GP or emergency care immediately.)
